Having worked over 35 years in the banking community, serving as a Vice President and in other managerial capacities, affords me with a broad understanding of the mortgage lending process. Also, being a former Instructor in the area of loan processing, in addition to having been a Senior Loan Underwriter, uniquely provides me with a thorough understanding of how all of the various processes come together.
My banking experience is obviously not limited solely to purchase transactions and is inclusive of extensive knowledge in the areas of various loan programs for refinancing, commercial, multi-family, and home equity loans. Consequently, this knowledge gives me the opportunity and the priviledged to serve you better during and after the closing.
Being bi-lingual, I have been fortunate to be able to reach out a very diversified group of borrowers. The home buying process should be one of life's happiest experiences. As we journey through the process, we become friends; and as friends, your needs are always considered first and foremost.
When the keys to your home are given at closing, my services do not end there, but continue afterwards by answering all of your post-closing questions.
