One might ask "Wow time flies!"Here we are in Spring. It looks like we'll have a better season than last year. The trees are in full blossom. Isnt this season sensational. Cool weather, beautiful flowers, and a sense of rejuvenation.
Most friends are aware that the Governments’ first time Homebuyer program is coming to an end on April 30th 2010. My hope is that it will be extended. I can’t guarantee it but just like the “Car Trade In Program” was let to expire and then extended again, the same may happen to this program.
In the real estate mortgage market, all continues well. Home prices up a nudge, Home sales and refinances seem also to be rising. Interest rates continue to be low. If you haven’t considered a purchase, a refinance or a modification now is the time.
Credit Scores continue to play a vital roll in getting people into purchasing or refinancing. If your score is low please call us and we’ll make suggestions to increase it.
